Connie Le, MD, of Annandale Primary Care in Annandale, Virginia, is dedicated to providing compassionate, holistic care to patients of all ages. She specializes in comprehensive primary care, preventive health, longevity, geriatrics, obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular and kidney diseases, perimenopausal and menopausal

hormone replacement therapy, thyroid disorders, and aesthetic medicine.

Dr. Le earned her Medical Degree from the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences in Washington, D.C., in 2000, and completed her Internal Medicine residency at the same institution in 2003.

Over the past 25 years, Dr. Le has honed her expertise in internal medicine through a range of clinical roles, including as a hospitalist for Kaiser Permanente and Inova Fairfax Hospital. In 2005, she founded Annandale Primary Care to provide high-quality, personalized care to all patients—regardless of their social, financial, or cultural backgrounds.

Dr. Le has been widely published in a variety of medical journals and was honored with the Best Resident Research Award during her Internal Medicine residency at George Washington University. Her passion for medical education is evident in her commitment to mentoring medical students, international medical graduates, physician assistant students, and nurse practitioner students. She currently serves as a Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences.
