Lena received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2010 from Syracuse University, while attending school on a Division 1 Field Hockey scholarship. She then went back to school in 2019 to pursue her Masters of Science in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine. Upon completion of her 1000 supervised hours, she then passed her national board exam to become a Certified Nutrition Specialist.
