Lena educates and helps her clients to better understand their dietary patterns, hormones, gut, metabolic health, and weight loss obstacles by teaching them how to use food as a natural medicine to correct nutrient deficiencies, reseed and heal the gut, regulate hormones, and restore balance within the body.

Lena is a passionate and experienced nutrition and wellness professional with a diverse background in the health and fitness industry. Over the years, she has worked across a variety of settings, including the weight loss industry, public health, corporate health, gyms, boutique weight loss clinics, and her own functional medicine nutrition clinic.

In addition to providing one-on-one consultations, she has facilitated impactful online group sessions, corporate lunch-and-learns, and cooking demonstrations designed to make healthy living more accessible and enjoyable for all. Her holistic approach integrates evidence-based nutrition, functional medicine principles, and practical lifestyle changes to help individuals achieve sustainable results.

Having worked with a broad spectrum of clients, from those seeking weight loss support to individuals addressing chronic health conditions, Lena is committed to empowering people with the knowledge and tools they need to take control of their health. Her hands-on experience, combined with her deep understanding of the science behind nutrition, allows her to offer personalized, effective strategies for long-term success.

Lena received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2010 from Syracuse University, while attending school on a Division 1 Field Hockey scholarship. She then went back to school in 2019 to pursue her Masters of Science in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine. Upon completion of her 1000 supervised hours, she then passed her national board exam to become a Certified Nutrition Specialist.
